Imagine an Jewish after-school program where kids don't want to leave.

MoEd was founded in 2012 by a group of parents in the Washington, DC metro area who were seeking an innovative educational environment for their children to learn and play in a Jewish setting. Located in Chevy Chase, Maryland, MoEd has become the premier after-school program complete with Hebrew language and Jewish content and teaches the value of community.

From its start MoEd is proud of its diversity. MoEd has attracted children from public schools, Jewish day schools and private schools. Our students' families are Reform, Orthodox, Conservative, Reconstructionist, non-denominational, unaffiliated, and secular Israeli. Our families enjoy the substantive Hebrew language, culture, and Jewish learning in a warm after-school childcare setting.
